At this informal meeting, we will review your child’s needs, goals, past school work, report cards and testing results. Based on this meeting, we will create a profile of your child for his/her tutor. A qualified tutor who is familiar with your child’s profile will then call you to arrange a convenient time to begin tutoring sessions. Tutoring sessions are usually conducted in the student’s home. However, if both parents work, sessions may be held at the parent’s place of employment or at any other agreed upon location. Billing is done at the beginning of the month for each subsequent month. Make-up sessions are provided free of charge if 24 hours notice is given for the cancellation. Parents can receive updates from the tutor as often as they like. They can receive updates after each tutoring session if they desire.
